the hotel is very central. i could see it when i came out of the train station, a short walk away. city centre shops and restaurants were all nearby. there was a great selection of drinks, snacks and meals served downstairs (the chicken burger was the best!).

the room was kind of dated and pretty small, but that is to be expected.

the staff were fabulous. i found lizzie and suchadee superb. vinicius at breakfast each morning was wonderful. all of the staff were excellent from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff. everyone were really nice too ensure my stay was really good.

the hotel internal design was very modern. it was also well laid out. the room was lovely, nice and neat. it met all my needs. there is a very large lobby to socialize in and a full bar.

the front desk staff efficiently checked me in. they gave clear directions to my room on the fourth floor. the room included a large bed and a dedicated workspace. i found several power outlets near the desk. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. the provided towels were soft and absorbent. the hotel's location enabled easy walks to nearby shops and restaurants. i also used the on-site fitness center with a treadmill, elliptical machine and weights.

the hallway carpets looked slightly worn in a few places. i noticed a small stain near the elevator.
